charming escape to the new forest

helpful staff lovely options
i found the staffs are so friendly and helpful. the rooms are nice and neat. there are lovely options for tea and coffee. the restaurant offers great dinner and breakfast.
My room are small and has no window i can look out of. i had to squeeze past the end of bed to get to bathroom. the tap are difficult to turn off and room are noisy. I can hear neighboring room using bathroom water.

a mixed experience.

small room noisy room
The room felt cramped, it lacked a proper view. The window was small. maneuvering around the bed to get to the bathroom was difficult, and the tap in the bathroom was hard to turn off. noise was also a problem. I could clearly hear the neighboring room using their bathroom. It was quite disturbing.

lovely stay

great location walking paths tasty meal
The hotel's location is great because it is near the town centre and station. walking paths and access to the new forest are also close by (a very nice perk!). i enjoyed one evening meal at the hotel.
i noticed tables in the garden were not cleared quickly enough. sometimes it was necessary to move things to put down drinks.
